Return policy

If you are unhappy with the product you received, you can return it. On this page you can read the requirements and procedure for returns.

 

Reflection period

The reflection period is 14 days from receipt of the order. During this period, you can contact us by email and indicate that you want to return the order. Please state your order number.

We only accept a return if the products are unopened, not used and undamaged. If the seal is broken, or the packaging has been opened, unfortunately we cannot accept the return. 

As soon as we have received the return request by e-mail, we will send a confirmation. Only when the complete package is returned you will be reimbursed the purchase amount and the shipping costs. If only a part of the order is returned, the purchase will not be reimbursed. The costs for returning the order are for your own expense. We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace. We are not liable for returns that get lost and therefore do not reach our warehouse. The amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification of the return. If the return is not received after 14 days, the amount will be refunded upon receipt of the return.

We use the same payment method that is used when placing the order, unless the customer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge. Note that we do not refund the shipping costs.

 

Received products in poor condition

We at Superhuman Formula believe that a customer is entitled to an outstanding product. If a product is delivered in poor condition, please contact us by email. We would like to receive photos that show that the product was delivered in poor condition. After contacting our customer service, the product will be shipped again, or the purchase amount will be refunded.

You must return products that are in poor condition, unless otherwise discussed with our customer service. Products whose seal have been broken can therefore not be returned without consulting our customer service.

 

Received the wrong product

If it happens that you have received the wrong product, please let us know by email. We will ensure that you receive the correct product as soon as possible. We also provide information to return the incorrect product. The return costs and shipping costs of the new product are at the expense of Superhuman Formula.
