BETA-ALANINE

Studies show that beta-alanine helps increase time to exhaustion (TTE) by 19%. [1]
When acid starts to build up in your body during intense exercise, beta-alanine helps combat the acid [2]
A study in cyclists found that beta-alanine increased total workout capacity by 13%. [2] In resistance training, it boosts training volume and reduces fatigue. [3][4][5]

L-ARGANINE

An essential amino acid that the body can't produce itself. 
L-arginine stimulates the release of growth hormone. [6]
It improves exercise performance by increasing nitric oxide in the body, which improves blood flow and oxygenation to the muscles. [7] [8
Studies suggest it enhances high-intensity exercise tolerance. [9] [10]

L-CITRULLINE

 

L-citrulline is a non-essential amino acid found in watermelon. It has a positive effect on blood flow to body tissues and vasodilation (widening of the arteries). [11

In the context of exercise, this helps supply your exercising muscles with the oxygen and nutrients they need to perform well.

One study shows that cyclists biked about 12% longer before exhaustion when taking citrulline, compared to a placebo [12].

Another study assessed the effects of citrulline on weight training performance. Participants performed about 53% more repetitions after taking citrulline, compared to when they took a placebo [13].
It also increases the rise in growth hormone (GH) after exercise. [14] [15]

BEET ROOT

 

Beet root extract boosts exercise performance by improving the efficiency of mitochondria, which are responsible for producing energy in your cells [16].

Beet root also enhances endurance by increasing how long it takes to become exhausted, boosting cardiorespiratory performance in athletes [17].

Beet root has also been shown to improve cycling performance and increase oxygen use by up to 20% [18] [19].

BCAA 2:1:1

 

The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) consist of three important molecules: leucine, isoleucine and valine. 

Research has shown that BCAAs can improve endurance running performance. [20] [21]

Other studies have found that BCAAs reduce mental and physical fatigue. [22] [23]

They can also reduce muscle soreness after running and weight training. [24] [25]

More than a 100 different species of pine trees exist in the world. The bark of the tree has been used by many cultures as a medicine. [26] [27].   

It contains a high antioxidant-like flavonoid family that protects cells from oxidation and damaging free radicals. [28] [29] [30] [31]
